After the multi-million dollar reconstruction project, Heron Point is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. Fairways have been reshaped into dramatic angles and shifting elevations, while surfaces are a mix of sand, mulch, limestone, and different grasses that offer a kaleidoscope of appealing color changes.

Heron Point is less than one mile from Dye's legendary Harbour Town Golf Links.

The renovation has resulted in a 7,103-yard layout that comes close to matching Harbour Town, Dye's legendary golf course less than a mile away, in terms of difficulty. Most holes have water, trees, tricky doglegs or long bunkers to contend with, not to mention obstacles Dye likes to stick in the fairways themselves.
